Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at TowneBank. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and guest inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Process and input reservations into our company software
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts
  • Adhere to company policies, rules, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
Physical Demands
  • Express and exchange ideas through verbal and written communication
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally and stand for long periods
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as data analysis and documentation
