Job Summary:

We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Process reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information about hotel services and facilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively deal with customers
  • Ability to listen effectively and speak clearly over the telephone
  • Ability to access, read, and accurately input information using a computer system
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and patrons
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in communications, reservations, hospitality, and/or computer experience
