Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at TowneBank. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and guest inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our properties and services to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Adhere to company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure a positive and professional environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
Physical Demands
  • Express and exchange ideas through verbal and written communication
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally and stand for most of the workday
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as data analysis, computer work, and documentation
