Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line support on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns, including explaining care plan procedures and protocols.
- Support member onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties, including sending welcome letters and program educational materials.
- Document and maintain non-clinical member records to ensure standards of practice and policies are in accordance with state and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of existing benefits and resources locally and make referrals to address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires a High School diploma or GED.
- Requires 1 – 2 years of related experience.
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
