About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at REDX. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.
  • Proactively engage with new users, providing training and follow-up to ensure they are fully adopting our system.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and pain points.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
