Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history
  • Review and adhere to resident care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, as well as assist with the orientation and training of medical staff
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
