Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering nursing care to residents and patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Ensuring residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
  • Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and medical staff
  • Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors
  • Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
  • Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Documenting and verifying interventions and medical histories
  • Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
  • Leading training and supervision of nursing staff
  • Assisting with incident investigations and accuracy of reporting
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational skills
