About the Role

CareOne is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Randolph, MA. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our residents, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care Management: Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
  • Treatment Planning: Evaluate residents' needs and establish effective and efficient treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Manage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated.
  • Screening and Feedback: Participate in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices, and provide feedback to the designated supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
  • Center Processes: Participate in all center-directed processes and services, and demonstrate effective management of treatment and non-treatment related activities.
  • Clinical Documentation: Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
  • Marketing and Training: Assist with marketing efforts as directed, and participate in in-service training programs as requested.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure: Current and Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation, and knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
