Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist - Downstream Chemicals to join our team at Baker Hughes Inteq. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing chemical applications and technical support needs for customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers to identify future requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop a collaborative team to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate chemical delivery systems to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Take ownership of account applications at customer sites and ensure they have the necessary service to operate effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial, refining, or sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of refinery processes, finished fuels additives, and treatments.
  • Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with teams and customers.
