Job Summary

Denver Dumb Friends League is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Associate to support our mission to end pet homelessness and animal suffering. As a key member of our development team, you will engage with donors, adopters, and the community to advance our fundraising efforts and ensure the smooth operation of development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stewardship programs, including the Memorial Garden program and bulk mailing of tax acknowledgements
  • Assist with executing donor engagement strategies and supporting events
  • Monitor and manage donor records in our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Support the Monthly Donor program and corporate and foundation stewardship efforts
  • Provide administrative support to the development team, including monitoring and updating department budgets and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Three years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to be self-motivated
  • Strong skills in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software
