Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Finance Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a focus on overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all facets of the finance department, including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Supervising and mentoring a small team of finance associates, ensuring their professional development and daily task management.
  • Utilizing financial software to prepare and validate detailed journal entries and account analyses.
  • Maintaining the general ledger system and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing client invoices and conducting aging analyses for accounts receivable.
  • Collaborating with senior management on the annual budgeting process and ongoing budget reviews.
  • Generating financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial operations, including payroll processing and expense management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA designation is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software, with experience in NetSuite being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
