Haus Culinary Team Lead

The Haus Culinary Team Lead will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation at One Haus. As a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing menus that exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead menu planning and recipe development
- Oversee kitchen operations, including staffing, training, and inventory management
- Maintain high standards of quality control and food safety
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining environment
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team
- Excellent knowledge of food trends, seasonal ingredients, and menu engineering
- Familiarity with HACCP protocols and sanitation procedures
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 base salary (DOE) + bonus program + benefits package
