Job Title: Culinary Leader

- The ideal candidate will have a background in fine dining, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen, and at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Sous Chef or above.">
- They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff.">
- A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality control is essential, along with a passion for creative menu development and presentation.">
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to ensure seamless collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house staff.">
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative flavor combinations.">
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.">
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure efficiency and productivity.">
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, and make recommendations for improvement.">
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items that meet customer demand and preferences.">
- Monitor kitchen safety and cleanliness, and take corrective action as needed to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.">
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 75% employer contribution towards medical, vision, and dental coverage, 14 days of paid time off, paid maternity/paternity leave, commuter benefits, group company discounts, and a 401K plan.
