Currently, the platform supports US equity and global futures trading.

Primary Responsibilities

In this position, you will take charge of the architecture, design, and software development of various components, including our core trading system, algorithmic trading framework, execution algorithms, smart order routers, exchange simulators, market data adapters, and exchange connectivity adapters. Projects will range from developing software from the ground up (such as implementing a new asset class or execution algorithm) to enhancing existing systems to support new features or improve performance. Our trading software stack is developed in C++ 17.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in C++ and exceptional software design capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and multithreading
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively
  • A mindset of continuous curiosity and growth, along with a desire to mentor others
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with market data, FIX, and other exchange connectivity protocols
  • Background in developing trading systems or execution algorithms
  • Familiarity with relational databases, database optimization, and SQL
  • Experience with Python/R and the ability to manage large datasets in a research context
