Key Responsibilities:

The primary aim of this role is to ensure the optimal functioning of mechanical tools and electronic systems through maintenance and repair. The technician will adhere to established safety protocols and ISO standards while executing their duties.

  • Diagnostics: Utilize testing tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electronic issues within machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC failures in building systems.
  • Repair and Installation: Conduct installation and repair tasks on mechanical tools, including hydraulic and pneumatic components, as well as electrical systems such as motors and wiring.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Contribute to the creation and execution of a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Fabrication: Create safety devices and enhancements for machinery to improve operational efficiency.
  • General Maintenance: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and painting as required.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any job-related issues to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the department.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of technical training in mechanical maintenance and electrical repair.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse personnel.
  • Completion of all required company training.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights as needed, with assistance for heavier items.
