  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace faulty equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, to minimize disruption to our operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, requisition new parts and equipment as needed, and ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available for use.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with restaurant management, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation, with a strong background in plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Certifications: Must be a licensed HVAC technician with current certifications in relevant areas.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and crawling.
