Position: Apartment Readiness Specialist - $750 Signing Bonus

As an Apartment Readiness Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all vacant apartment units are prepared for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the condition of all units before initiating repairs, including walls, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, windows/doors, and filters.
  • Conduct walkthroughs of all vacant units to assess make-ready requirements; ensure that all debris from apartments is removed before, during, and after the make-ready process.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on vacant units to meet company standards; document service needs and collaborate regularly with the property management team.
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of the property grounds and ensure the appearance of common areas is well-kept.
  • This overview does not encompass all duties.
  • May assist with emergency situations such as severe weather, fires, floods, snow removal, and freezing conditions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in general maintenance and safety practices.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary to perform job functions.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals and clients.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday (schedules may vary). Some overtime may be required, including on-call duties.
