Sales Representative

Bill Gabbard - State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
