Director of Employee Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Employee Communications to join our team at Zillow Group. As a key member of our communications leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive employee communications strategy that drives alignment, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan that supports the company's business objectives and culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee understanding and adoption of company initiatives.
- Provide communications counsel and support to executive leaders and other stakeholders to ensure effective internal communication.
- Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality content and campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee communications to continuously improve our approach.
- 12+ years of experience in communications with a focus on internal communications.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
