About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Customer Experience & Communications team as an Assistant Director of Customer Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic insight and leadership to our customer communications team, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective information about airport operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive and reactive customer communication content and campaigns to anticipate and meet the needs of airport customers.
  • Lead a team of customer communications professionals to deliver high-quality customer service and communication support to airport customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement terminal communication campaigns and customer service tools and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve customer service and communication methods.
  • Develop and execute robust customer communication campaigns and improve customer satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative data and survey measures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior-level public engagement experience with a focus on customer-facing communications.
  • 3+ years of experience supervising and managing a customer communications team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of professionals.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and decision-making, with the ability to prioritize responses and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
