Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director, Customer Communications to join our team at the Port of Seattle. As a key member of our Customer Experience and Communications department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of proactive and reactive customer communication strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic customer communication plans to anticipate and respond to customer needs
  • Lead a team of customer communications professionals to deliver timely and effective communication to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer communication and engagement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing communications and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective customer communication strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
