Key Responsibilities:

- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to comprehend their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Qualifications:
