Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Employ various sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Resume Evaluation: Review and assess resumes to determine candidate suitability based on technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to comprehend their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both candidates and clients.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical recruiting, preferably within an IT staffing agency.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
