Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Operations Advisor is a vital role within the Acosta Group, focusing on connecting future associates with our organization.
You will engage with candidates and internal partners, addressing a range of questions and concerns. This position suits individuals who enjoy helping others, resolving challenges, and appreciating the variety that comes with this opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to review job profiles and open requisitions as needed
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the end-to-end process of redeployments of talent is successful
- Seeking guidance or escalating more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests to higher-level functional support
- Associates degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to manage expectations, process, and multiple projects simultaneously
This role may require moderate physical effort, including lifting materials and equipment weighing less than 50 pounds. The position involves viewing a computer monitor for more than 30% of the time. Personal protective equipment may need to be worn. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
