About the Role

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Director of Compensation to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with Epsilon's business objectives and performance culture.
  • Design and administer salary structures, bonus plans, and other forms of compensation to ensure they are fair, competitive, and compliant.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compensation programs are integrated with other HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary administration, benefits, and performance management.
  • Stay current with changing laws and regulations related to compensation and ensure Epsilon's programs are compliant.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation, with a strong background in designing and implementing compensation programs.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent.
