Job Title: Director of Compensation

At Epsilon, we're seeking a highly skilled Director of Compensation to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs.

About the Role

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for working closely with the compensation team and leadership to provide support for existing compensation programs. These programs will range from broad-based incentives to delivering and ensuring that our day-to-day programs are running at optimal levels.

You'll design, support, and implement compensation programs aligned with Epsilon's performance culture and ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation programs that align with Epsilon's performance culture
  • Work closely with the compensation team and leadership to provide support for existing compensation programs
  • Ensure that compensation programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage and oversee large-scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams
  • Participate in market data analysis and interpretation
  • Complete special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation
  • Consolidate information and produce reports to be used for management decision-making
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation
  • Prior experience in consultative roles in mid-to-large-size technology corporations or consulting companies (over 500 employees)
  • Experience leading compensation programs and conducting high-level presentations
  • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required: complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and graphs and charts
