In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to various stages of the consulting lifecycle. Your involvement will span business process consulting, where you will identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and implement them. You will play a critical role in the design, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions. Additionally, you will mentor teams on project methodologies, deliverables, and assist in proposal development, client training, and enhancing internal capabilities while clearly defining project scopes.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • We welcome applications from U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • This position may involve travel and/or relocation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • At least 11 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, including a minimum of 2 complete SAP S/4HANA FI implementations.
  • Proficient in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling, with knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Intercompany Reconciliation, Product Costing, and Material Ledger configuration.
  • Familiarity with integration across other areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay within SAP.
  • Hands-on experience with Activate and Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience in independently conducting blueprinting workshops.
  • Practical experience in solution architecture and presales is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to work in a management consulting environment that involves regular travel is preferred.
