Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP RAR Consultant

In this pivotal role, you will be an essential member of the consulting team responsible for identifying and articulating the problem statement, pinpointing areas for enhancement, assessing solution alternatives, and providing strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive design, architecture, and process documentation, as well as executing the deployment strategy. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer aimed at delivering impactful consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
  • This position may necessitate travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting), focusing on design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
  • Experience with two full life cycle implementations of the SAP RAR module, including migration experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the order-to-cash process, including integration with SD/FICO modules, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Familiarity with BRF+ is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management by coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prior experience in high-tech or software sectors with a solid grasp of accounting principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to articulate business and functional requirements, as well as present to management.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA is preferred.
  • Candidates with a degree in finance, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Ability to explain business processes along with technical skills is required.
  • Expertise in SAP FI module integration, particularly in FI-MM and FI-SD.
  • Experience with interfaces involving both SAP and non-SAP systems, including iDocs, RFCs, and BAPI.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP code is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with teams located in various geographies.
