We are currently seeking talented individuals for multiple roles in our dynamic team focused on engine performance and validation. Our openings include:
- Pallet Assembly Technician: In this role, you will receive components and prepare them to meet engineering specifications. Responsibilities include fabrication tasks such as drilling and welding, ensuring that parts are ready for dyno testing. No prior dyno experience is necessary; this position is akin to a mechanic role.
- Engine Validation Operator: This position involves managing designated test cells. You will be responsible for the installation of components, conducting morning inspections, and overseeing automated processes. Your primary task will be to monitor operations and ensure efficiency.
- Engine Development Engineer: This role requires hands-on involvement with a focus on manual testing and calibration development. Candidates should possess experience with dyno testing and be adept at developing hardware to support new engine launches.
Our work environment promotes constant collaboration among team members. The first shift comprises approximately 35-40 individuals, while the second shift includes around 20 personnel.
