Claims Resolution Specialist

This position involves investigating and managing claim files to provide exceptional service to customers. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll leverage active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and address customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand customer requests or needs using active listening and critical thinking skills
Take ownership to ensure that every caller receives exceptional service, utilizing opportunities to build value and the The Hartford brand
Develop knowledge of Hartford products and business lines through ongoing learning and development
Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and deliver results
Requirements:
You're a motivated individual who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
You have a strong passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual - Spanish/English is a plus)
You're flexible and willing to learn, lead, and support others in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
The salary for this role is estimated at $52,117 annually, considering factors such as experience, location, and industry standards.
