Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team at Laus Consulting Services LLC, a high-end CPA/Consulting firm in Baldwin Park.

Job Summary:

  • As an Administrative Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing assigned client needs, preparing payroll checks, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • You will also be responsible for corresponding with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Additionally, you will manage email blasts and perform various office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming payroll documentation and prepare monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks desktop.
  • Correspond with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage email blasts and perform various office administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an administrator/bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
