Lead Sales Strategist

AdTheorent is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead and cultivate new sales initiatives in the Midwest region targeting agencies and brands. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the digital advertising sector, specifically in selling or collaborating with digital media solutions as a managed service. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in relationship management, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities while independently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proactively uncover new revenue streams; enhance account growth and profitability through new business development, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage comprehensive client interactions, strategic planning, and resolution of account issues to ensure client satisfaction; cultivate and strengthen executive-level relationships within designated accounts.
- Enhance the AdTheorent client partnership by offering strategic insights and guidance on aligning client needs with our products, solutions, and services.
- Differentiate our offerings from competitors by creating value and showcasing unique service attributes.
- Lead contract negotiations to support new sales, account expansion, and contract renewals.
- Oversee revenue forecasting and maintain accuracy in sales reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- 2-5+ years of experience in the digital media landscape.
- Preferred 3-5+ years of direct sales experience with agency clients.
- Established relationships with agencies in the Midwestern area.
- Polished sales, presentation, and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a highly coordinated and focused organization.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional sales and operational customer service.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
