Position Overview

Specialized Duties

  • Develop staffing schedules and allocate daily responsibilities.

  • Support waste management systems and cleaning operations at additional facilities.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field along with pertinent experience within the last five years.
  • Two to four years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is preferred.

Licenses, Certifications & Clearances

  • Act 34-PA Criminal Record Check from the PA State Police system.

Supervisory Duties

  • This position involves direct oversight of staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Work Environment

During health crises, appropriate personal protective equipment such as goggles, face shields, and masks will be required in accordance with health guidelines.
