Janitorial Cleaner Job Description

This position requires a TSA security check and involves working with various cleaning products and equipment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, knowledge of safety guidelines, and the ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Dust and clean furniture, desks, tables, and other surfaces
  • Clean lunchrooms and kitchens
  • Maintain cleaning inventory and supplies
  • Empty waste bins and recycling bins
  • Replenish consumable items
  • Vacuum carpets and walk-off mats
  • Mop floors
  • Clean restrooms and entrance glass
  • Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to internal and external customer service
Working Conditions:
