About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health and Benefits Senior Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional benefits consulting services to our clients, driving business growth, and leading complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies for large market clients
  • Lead benefits consulting projects, manage vendors, and coordinate client teams
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Health and Benefits marketplace
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives to advance the knowledge and skills of Aon's Health and Benefits practice
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the Health and Benefits industry
  • 6+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Complex project management experience and broad business knowledge
  • Team building and business development skills
  • Life/Accident/Health insurance license (or ability to obtain license after hire)
