Job Title: Call Center Agent

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
