About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team at Smart Search. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to resolve service-related issues, leveraging your technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
  2. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up actions.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships, build trust, and foster long-term loyalty.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in customer service or call center environments, preferably with experience in handling service-related inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and technical expertise (a plus).
Work Environment:

This is a part-time, seasonal position requiring specific shift availability from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly wage is $15-$20, based on location and industry standards.
