Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading CPG and Food & Beverage customer projects within the Digital Transformation area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of Digital Manufacturing and Continuity Projects (PLM, MES, Digital Manufacturing) to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead group engagement managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with customers, including challenges and escalations, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in services and potential business opportunities (projects) to drive growth and revenue.
  • Own the P/L for an annual portfolio of $10-15 million, with a focus on risk mitigation and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, as well as onshore and offshore teams, to improve profitability and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in delivery within Digital Transformation and Continuity (PLM, MES, Digital Manufacturing).
  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role as a delivery partner for CPG industry.
  • Experience working with internal and client stakeholders, onshore and offshore teams.
  • Experience with project portfolios worth $15 million+ and P/L responsibility.
  • CPG or Food and Beverage experience.
  • Experience working on Agile projects (CSM or SAFe certifications are a plus).
