Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
- Competitive pay with uncapped commission.
- Commission guarantee period while building book of business.
