At Wyndham Destinations, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our resorts' culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and cafes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, staffing, and employee relations to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal audit, quality assurance, and loss prevention procedures.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen safety standards, food handling processes, and cash handling practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising teams.
- First Aid Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Food Server Health Card (varies by location).
- Cash handling experience and a proven track record of managing inventory and finances.
- 5-7 years of related work experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
