Business Developer Role

Devon&Devon S.p.A, a renowned Italian company specializing in Interior Design and Bath Decor, is seeking a Business Developer to drive commercial activities in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and experience within our luxury showroom.
  • Promotional Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to major architectural firms in the USA to drive sales and promote our brand.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sales process, manage customer databases, and maintain a high-end showroom environment.
  • Order Management: Handle orders, quotations, and incoming calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Event Organization: Organize events at the showroom to engage with the Architects & Designers community and promote our brand.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the VP of Sales to expand sales territory and partnerships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate paperwork and file management for HQ submissions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in High-end furnishings or Luxury Interior Design.
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Communication & Marketing, or Interior Design.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for Design and the Luxury industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and retail systems.
