Position Summary:
The Senior Strategic Client Executive for Life Sciences is tasked with representing Rockwell Automation's extensive range of products and solutions to key Strategic Account clients. This role is pivotal in developing partnerships with influential stakeholders within the Strategic Accounts and effectively communicating Rockwell Automation's value propositions at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Rockwell Automation's offerings, ensuring effective representation of our products and services.
  • Engage with senior management and executive teams at Strategic Accounts, articulating the economic value of our solutions in relation to their business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with primary customer sponsors, establishing clear expectations for collaboration and growth strategies across all regions.
  • Quickly assess opportunities to allocate Rockwell Automation resources effectively towards high-potential initiatives.
  • Facilitate access to Rockwell Automation's resources by nurturing strong relationships with product groups, sales management, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new growth avenues in products and services that benefit both Rockwell Automation and the Strategic Accounts.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts to enhance Rockwell Automation's market presence and ensure consistent delivery across various geographic areas.
  • Willingness to travel to communicate objectives and engage in growth opportunities directly with remote teams.
  • Serve as a role model for sales professionals, providing mentorship when necessary, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or over 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales. Ability to travel domestically as required.
