About the Role
This full-time Social Worker position requires a motivated and empathetic professional who can provide case management services to low-income families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Interview clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans.
- Establish relationships with community resources to provide referrals and support services.
- Maintain accurate client records and participate in quality reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive program success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social work or a related field.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. On-site childcare is also available for eligible employees.
