This position is essential in assisting Account Managers and producers with various responsibilities related to transactions and processing within the insurance sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage tasks related to New, Renewal, Endorsement, and Audit processing.
  • Verify that policy coverages in the system correspond with the actual policies and address any inconsistencies promptly.
  • Assist Account Managers with special projects and submissions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
  • Competence in utilizing software applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license within the required timeframe.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Regular use of computers and office equipment.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks such as typing.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
