Athena AG is seeking a highly skilled High-Level Administrative Coordinator with Project Focus to provide strategic operations expertise to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role involves blending traditional executive assistant responsibilities with project management expertise to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CPO in managing strategic initiatives and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement project management plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
Project Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and managing timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for major projects across various departments.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Managing multiple priorities, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a high level of discretion.
Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $87,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will gain access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, work-life balance, paid time off, and company-paid life insurance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably with a project management focus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Google Workspace, and systems like Airtable and Asana.
Preferred Skills

We are looking for candidates with a background in supporting leadership within R&D, technology, or product-driven organizations. Additional preferred skills include:

  • Familiarity with automation, AI systems, and tools for business intelligence.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
