Responsibilities
  1. Ensure proper safety equipment is worn at all times.
  2. Monitor and maintain the quality of products in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
  3. Complete documentation for each order.
  4. Review packing guides for customer-specific packaging instructions.
  5. Communicate with coworkers to discuss and correct quality issues.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Notify supervisors of any quality concerns.
  8. Pack finished products in the Molding department.
  9. Assist lead persons and other inspectors as needed.
  10. Enforce company safety, environmental, and health requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Basic math skills.
  2. Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours per shift.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with minimal frequency.
  4. Ability to reach and lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height.
