Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary interface between the Company and customers to troubleshoot problems associated with final products and filling processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues with packaged products, incorporating solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop strategies, resolve problems, and implement solutions to support customers.
  • Work closely with Quality and Technical Groups to resolve issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Preferred BS degree in Engineering, Packaging, or Business.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Metal/Packaging manufacturing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Closure Applications or Metal Seaming Technology.
  • Working knowledge of Food & Beverage Fillers Equipment (Crown, H&K, Cemco, etc.).
  • Proven analytical and mechanical skills, including the ability to use gauges, dial calipers, and other related instruments.
  • Ability to identify industry specifications and incorporate them into the Food & Beverage filling process.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with customers at various levels.
