Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Experis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical sales and service support to bakery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through bakery formulas, ingredients, processes, and equipment expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and introduce new products to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure seamless support to customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Bakery Science, or a related field.
  • AIB Graduate or equivalent certification in baking science.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in bakery manufacturing or operations management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of bakery processes, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (80-90%).
Working Conditions:

Frequent travel to customer sites and exposure to bakery production environments. Adherence to company and customer safety protocols is essential.
