Upon completion, you will become a dedicated Account Representative, responsible for identifying and cultivating new and existing business opportunities by presenting our comprehensive transportation services to customers 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Team and customers through effective communication
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our cutting-edge systems
  • Work closely with the Support Team to ensure seamless shipment execution
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Develop expertise in our new transportation services

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, but we welcome candidates without one who demonstrate potential
  • Availability to work full-time in-office, immersing yourself in our award-winning culture
