Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manning Analyst to join our team at LMR Technical Group. The successful candidate will provide key support to the CVN Readiness Operations Center (ROC) by analyzing manning gaps and coordinating with the respective carrier and N1 Department to address manning actions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manpower analytics and a strong understanding of the Navy's manpower systems. They will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, integrating, and analyzing P-Pillar information from various data sources, including MNA, FLTMPS, ADE, DRRS-S, and CV-SHARP.

The Senior Manning Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining in-depth manpower and manning knowledge to facilitate weekly CVN updates, coordinating with N1 to verify comprehensive working references and standards, and analyzing the impact of manning shortages on the development and execution of aircraft carrier AWPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, integrate, and analyze P-Pillar information from various data sources
  • Analyze manning gaps and coordinate with the respective carrier and N1 Department to address manning actions
  • Maintain in-depth manpower and manning knowledge to facilitate weekly CVN updates
  • Coordinate with N1 to verify comprehensive working references and standards
  • Analyze the impact of manning shortages on the development and execution of aircraft carrier AWPs

Requirements:

  • Current, active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must have a degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree and at least 8 years of experience, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of technical or operational experience
  • Must have extensive experience in manpower analytics
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience
  • A senior Yeoman, Personnel Specialist, Human Resources or Administrative Officer is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel / less than 10%
  • To travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID
