Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional store standards and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members during shifts
- Schedule employee shifts and assign duties to optimize store performance
- Train and coach new employees to ensure they meet our high standards
- Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent to join our team
- Manage inventory and vendor orders to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Review P&L statements to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect our customers and employees
- Address customer and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in food service management, preferably with Jimmy John's
- Proficient in operating commercial slicers and other kitchen equipment
- Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularly
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in our management systems
- Completion of Jimmy John's Manager Certification Training
- ServSafe Certified
