Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members during shifts

  • Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent to join our team
  • Manage inventory and vendor orders to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Review P&L statements to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect our customers and employees
  • Address customer and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in food service management, preferably with Jimmy John's
  • Proficient in operating commercial slicers and other kitchen equipment
  • Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularly
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in our management systems
  • Completion of Jimmy John's Manager Certification Training
  • ServSafe Certified
